Standard production takes 5-7 days after your digital proof is approved. Shipping time varies by method: Standard Shipping (10-15 days) or Expedited Shipping (5-7 days). Need it faster? Contact us about rush production options.

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, JPG, and PNG files. For best print quality, we recommend vector formats (AI, PDF) or high-resolution raster files (300 DPI). If you're not sure about your file, upload it and our design team will review it for free and let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Yes! Every custom order includes a free digital proof. After you upload your design, we'll send a digital mockup within 24 hours for your approval. We won't start production until you confirm the proof looks perfect. Need changes? We offer up to 3 free revisions.

Absolutely! If you don't have a ready-made design, our in-house design team can create a custom design for you. Choose from our template gallery or describe your vision and we'll bring it to life. Design fees start at $25 for simple text/monogram designs.

We accept PayPal (including credit cards through PayPal) and bank wire transfer. All payments are processed securely. For large corporate orders, we can discuss NET-30 terms after credit verification.

Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a production error (wrong design, wrong size, printing defect), we will reprint your order at no cost or issue a full refund. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.

Yes! We ship worldwide, with a focus on the United States market. All orders come with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
