Productos impresos personalizados

All custom-printed products are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, incorrect design submitted by the customer, or size selection error.

Please verify your design, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your order. We provide free design templates to ensure your artwork meets production specifications.

Quality Issues

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, print errors, or damage caused by production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fineprintworks.com.

To process a claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective product
  • Photos of the original packaging

Upon verification, we will offer a reprint at no additional cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. To cancel your order, contact us with your order number.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
