1. Order Acceptance & Production

1.1 All orders are subject to availability and final acceptance by FinePrint Works. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to design content that violates our policies, pricing errors, or product availability issues. 1.2 Once full payment is confirmed, your custom order will enter production according to the design, text, and specifications you submitted. You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of all custom content before submitting your order. 1.3 Minor design adjustments or content revisions are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, no further changes can be made to your order.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 2.2 We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed. 2.3 Orders will only be processed and scheduled for production after full payment is successfully received. 2.4 Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or retain full payment card details on our servers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, logistics delays, or other factors outside our control. 3.2 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. 3.3 All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 As all products are custom-printed exclusively for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-quality issues, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal dislike of the design, incorrect size selection, or delivery delays caused by logistics. 4.2 If the product arrives with printing defects, material damage, or quality issues, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photos as evidence. After verification, we will arrange a free reprint or issue a full refund at your option. 4.3 Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The exact arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 You retain ownership of any custom designs, logos, text, or artwork you provide for printing. You warrant that you have full legal right and authorization to use the submitted content, and that it does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party. 5.2 All website design, brand assets, product templates, original artwork, and marketing materials on fineprintworks.com are the exclusive intellectual property of FinePrint Works. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. 5.3 We are not liable for any legal claims or damages arising from customer-provided content that violates intellectual property laws. The customer assumes full responsibility for all such claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 In no event shall FinePrint Works be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from the use of our products or services. 6.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

7. Website Use Policy

7.1 You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or to upload, submit, or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing. 7.2 We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our website at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for users who violate these terms.

8.1 FinePrint Works reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. 8.2 Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
